Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a notice, please send an email to hello@giftstribe.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears
• Your contact information (name, email, and physical address)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim promptly and remove or disable access to the material if appropriate.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with an explanation.
